Warranty

All Garland artificial lawn sweepers sold through My Lawn Care Accessories are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.

What's Covered

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use, including:

  • Motor faults
  • Electrical component failure
  • Structural defects in the frame or housing

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear items — brush heads, belts, and batteries are consumable parts and are not covered beyond any separate component warranty
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or use outside the manufacturer's intended purpose
  • Damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Wear and tear from ordinary use over time

How to Make a Claim

  1. Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue
  2. Include photos or a short video of the fault where possible — this speeds up assessment
  3. We'll confirm next steps, which may include a replacement part, repair, or replacement unit depending on the issue

Proof of Purchase

Keep your order confirmation email or receipt — it's needed to process any warranty claim.
