🚚 Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $200 across Australia — no exclusions, no minimum product requirements.
All orders are processed within 12 to 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer real-time shipping rates at checkout via Australia Post. Rates are calculated based on your location and order weight.

Express & International Shipping
Express shipping and international orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before placing your order at support@mylawncareaccessories.com.au and we will arrange a suitable shipping solution for you.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@mylawncareaccessories.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Due to not all our carriers accepting P.O. box deliveries, we are unable to accept delivery addresses to P.O. Boxes.

Warranty
All products come with a minimum 12-month warranty, however this is open to a fair and reasonable 2 years in the event of product failure.
